Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes about 3-10 days for DOMESTIC orders and 7-21 days for INTERNATIONAL orders depending on the country.

Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address that the order was placed under. Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped.
