CARING FOR YOUR PIECES

Mon Paleis earrings are made from 925 Sterling Silver/ Brass and plated in 18K Gold. The Sterling silver and Brass bases makes the earrings malleable which means that they need to be handled with care. Due to the metal’s softness, your Huggies post may become unaligned when taken in and out, in order for your huggie to click into place all that you need to do is carefully adjust the earring post so that it lines up and hooks together. Please note that your Plated pieces aren’t recommended to be worn in the water. This will reduce your jewellery longevity, which is not seen as a manufacturing fault.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check our shipping page find out how long you can expect to receive your order. 

WHAT DOES PRE SALE MEAN?

An item available for purchase via Pre-Sale prior to the arrival of the item is an assurance that your order is accounted for in the receiving quantity as we do sell out quickly. Mon Paleis does not take responsibility for any additional charges that may arise at the time of arrival to your country.
