RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Mon Paleis, we hope you love your jewellery as much as we loved designing it. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges under the conditions below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Within 10 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • All original pouches and tags must be included
  • Returns must be approved via email before being sent back

To begin your return, contact us at hello@monpaleis.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty.

EARRINGS

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for refunds. We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit if they are unworn and returned in original condition.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Mon Paleis is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

To avoid delivery delays, we strongly recommend pre-paying duty and tax fees at checkout. For customers in the Middle East, express shipping is advised for a smoother experience.

SALE ITEMS

Items marked as "sale" or purchased during promotional events are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@monpaleis.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Natural tarnishing over time is not considered a fault
  • Items not returned in original condition may be ineligible for store credit or exchange
