We unfortunately do not offer any returns or refunds. We pack all our items with extra care and attention, ensuring that the items you purchased arrive to you in immaculate condition. In the unfortunate event that items are damaged due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us right away. Please provide us with evidence of damage, (photo) and it will be handled by our team.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes about 3-8 days for DOMESTIC orders and 7-21 days for INTERNATIONAL orders depending on the country.

Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address that the order was placed under. Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped.
